Carsten is an IT System Administrator, responsible for the reliability and integrity of the studio’s technical infrastructure. Since 2022 at TMS and with his prior experience at exhibition design and spatial media companies, he brings industry-specific understanding to IT operations in creative production environments.

He is managing and maintaining hardware and software, network monitoring, cybersecurity compliance, data backup protocols, enforcing security protocols and access control and gives technical support for project teams working across concept development, production, and on-site installation. His work keeps TMS’s digital systems stable, secure, and capable of supporting complex multi-site international projects. He has a well-earned reputation for fixing things by mere proximity.
