Christina has been the financial backbone of TMS since 2013, joining as financial controller after studying Business Administration at FU Berlin. She now leads Finance & Administration across the group with a mission to keep capital decisions at every level grounded in data and value.

Over more than a decade, she has driven a full transformation of the group's finance function, from operational support into a strategic partner, building the structures and systems that give the studio the stability to take on ambitious work, the kind of essential contribution that makes everything else possible.
